In2Care® is a technology company based in the Netherlands that specializes in the development and commercialization of new mosquito control products. This acquisition further diversifies ENVU’s mosquito control portfolio and provides pest control companies, lawn maintenance companies, mosquito control companies and other customers with even more nature-positive innovations for controlling nuisance mosquitoes and preventing the spread of vector-borne diseases.

LXA colleagues Peter Huijbregts and Tim Segers advised on real estate and Thomas Berendsen on intellectual property.Webeasy develops building control systems in the areas of climate, room control, shower automation and security.Johnson Controls is a leading global company focused on developing and manufacturing fire, security and HVAC systems for buildings. Webeasy manufactures and develops building installation components. With this transaction, Johnson Controls has expanded its market share in the Netherlands.

Overname- en Vastgoedspecialisten Nadia Akabbouz, Carel Henderson, Eva Bakker en Max van Eijck hebben MOOI Vastgoed Management geadviseerd en begeleid bij het verwerven van het kantoorgebouw “Semaphore” . Dit zeer centraal gelegen kantoorgebouw is volledig verhuurd aan een aantal sterke partijen zoals Holla Advocaten, Regus en Randstad. De goed bereikbare locatie, direct aan de stadsentree van het Centraal Station ‘s-Hertogenbosch, maakt het kantoor tot een gewilde werklocatie. In de plint van het gebouw zijn ook voorzieningen aanwezig zoals een supermarkt en verschillende horecaexploitanten, die bijdragen aan de levendigheid van het Stationsplein. De gemeente ‘s-Hertogenbosch gaat komende jaren fors investeren in de vernieuwing van het station en het stationsgebied, waardoor Semaphore nog meer onderdeel gaat uitmaken van dit dynamisch stedelijk gebied. Het gebouw is circa 7.200 m2 groot en is met de duurzaamheidslabels A+ en BREEAM “Very Good” voor de kantoren zeer toekomstbestendig.
