Antony has registered the following principal legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):
Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calender year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
Antony has both a big firm and boutique background and joined LXA Attorneys in 2016. Currently, he is heading the Amsterdam office.
Antony has considerable experience in the field of corporate law and strongly focuses on M&A, Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions. Since 1 January 2018, Antony has handled over 60 corporate transactions for investors, corporates and “qualifying startups”. Antony is a true entrepreneur himself. Clients consider him to be smart, fast and creative.
Antony is a frequent speaker, a jury member of various startup competitions (such as the Student Company of the Year final), a member of the Capital Waters Venture Capital Expert Panel and preferred legal supplier to YES!Delft, Collider and Holland Startup.
