Daniël graduated in law from the University of Amsterdam (master Information Law) and Maastricht University (master Corporate and Commercial Law) in 2020 and joined LXA in 2021 as a lawyer.

During his studies Daniël worked as a law assistant at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek and as a student intern at Lexence, where he primarily assisted in corporate law and intellectual property law related matters. Furthermore, Daniël was a student researcher at the University of Amsterdam (ILP Lab IViR).  

Currently, he forms part of the Amsterdam office which strongly focuses on Venture Capital, M&A and Private Equity transactions. Besides traditional deals, Daniël focuses on alternative deals such as crypto financings.
