Kim has extensive experience in civil proceedings, including summary proceedings, first instance and appeal. She is an expert in all aspects pertaining to attachments and is frequently involved execution disputes.

Kim represents her clients in commercial and financial disputes. She advises her clients in various fields, inter alia about the termination of commercial contracts and in prevention of liability.
