Marnix graduated in law from University Utrecht in 2013 and started his career at J*K*A | Startup Lawyers. Currently, he forms part of the Amsterdam office.

Marnix has considerable experience in the field of corporate law and strongly focuses on Venture Capital, M&A and Private Equity transactions. Since 1 January 2018, he has handled over 60 transactions for investors, corporates and “qualifying startups”.

Besides traditional deals, Marnix focuses on alternative deals such as crypto financings. Clients consider him to be smart, fast and creative.
