Paul completed a bachelor's degree in law at Tilburg University. In January 2023, he graduated for his master's degree in Law and Technology.

During his studies, Paul did internships at several law firms, including at LXA. During his studies, Paul also gained work experience as a working student at LXA.

Paul specialized in IP, Privacy and ICT during his master. Despite these specializations, his internships and work-study at the labor law section convinced Paul to delve deeper into labor law in the coming years.

Since January 2023, Paul has been part of the Employment Law team at LXA Lawyers.
