Tessa obtained a Master’s degree in Private Law: Commercial legal practice, at the University of Amsterdam, during which she spent a semester studying at the University of Victoria in Canada and attended the Summer School of the University of Xiamen in China.

During her studies she worked as a student trainee at the specialist corporate law firm of de Breij Evers Boon and was active as a legal expert at Briddge Legal & Finance, where she primarily assisted international scale ups in starting up a Dutch branch.

As a lawyer Tessa is a member of our Amsterdam Team, who are fully occupied with a flourishing venture capital and start up practice.
