Eef graduated from Tilburg University, where she obtained a master's degree in Dutch law. She has worked at various firms as a legal assistant, office manager and legal secretary. Since May 2018, she has been working at LXA Attorneys where she has used her broad knowledge of legal practice to support the IP/IT and Privacy section as a management assistant. She also handled role administration and term registration.

On 1 November 2022, Eef made an internal transition. She is now working as Finance & HR assistant for LXA Attorneys.
