Job graduated from Tilburg University (LLM Corporate Law). He also studied at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing and completed the postgraduate degree Mergers & Acquisitions at the VU University of Amsterdam cum laude.
Job is part of the Corporate/M&A team. He specializes in business law, focusing on corporate transactions (equity transactions, private equity, venture capital & startups, investments, employee participations, recapitalizations, real estate transactions) and advice in that context. Job has been involved in numerous transactions, acting for investors, corporates, (family) businesses and startups. He also advises on corporate housekeeping and other corporate law issues, such as shareholder agreements, joint ventures and collaborations.
