Robin has registered the following principal legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):

  • Employment Law

Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calender year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.

Robin has been part of LXA Attorneys Employment Law team in 's-Hertogenbosch since 2022. Prior to joining LXA Attorneys, Robin worked as a lawyer at a niche firm in Arnhem and as an HR advisor at one of the largest law firms in the Netherlands, among other things. So Robin knows better than anyone else how employment law issues should be solved in practice.

Robin advises and litigates on employment law in the broadest sense of the word. Her areas of interest include conducting (dismissal) proceedings in the field of employment law, advising on employment contracts and employment conditions and assisting in reorganizations.

In addition to her daily practice, Robin writes blogs on employment law topics, and gives workshops and lectures on current developments in employment law. In addition, Robin is a member of the Young Employment Lawyers Association (VJAA).
