Edwin is actively involved in knowledge development and social initiatives. He is co-developer of the Be Prepared scan, which gives entrepreneurs insight into their resilience to corporate fraud. He is also chairman of the Supervisory Board of Stichting Het Berenhuis.
Edwin Mulders heads our Litigation & Arbitration team. Edwin assists Dutch and international clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes.
In his practice, Edwin handles proceedings in summary proceedings, at first instance and on appeal. He also represents clients before the Enterprise Chamber and conducts arbitration proceedings. In addition to his legal background, Edwin has a background in business administration and stands out for his keen strategic insight: he helps companies not only to litigate, but also to prevent conflicts, keep them under control and limit damage. Edwin has particular expertise in the field of corporate fraud, ranging from early detection and crisis advice to the preservation of assets and (inter)national asset recovery. In doing so, Edwin works closely with other specialists, such as forensic accountants and forensic IT specialists.
