Monique successfully completed her higher professional education in Office Management and the ESA (European Schools for Higher Education in Administration and Management) exam. In 2021, she completed her training as an NLP Practitioner and Personal Leadership. Monique began her career in 2000 as an executive secretary at a family business in Waalwijk, after which she moved to Kenhardt/FunktieMediair as an office manager in 2006.
Monique has been working at LXA Attorneys as office manager since October 2017. She is responsible for the secretarial department and deals with ICT and HR, including the recruitment and selection of young talent and the development of LXA Attorneys existing top performers.
