Tosca obtained her master’s degree in International Trade and Investment Law from the University of Amsterdam. Prior to joining LXA, she gained experience as a legal assistant at a niche firm specialising in professional liability and disciplinary law. She also completed several legal internships, including at the litigation and arbitration practice of a large international firm.
Tosca Witlox works in the Commercial Contracts team. She supports clients with a wide range of contractual issues and assists with the legal documentation of commercial agreements.
She identifies legal issues and translates these into clear and practical agreements. She also assists clients in disputes concerning the performance and interpretation of commercial contracts and in resulting liability issues.
