Maud van den Nieuwenhuijzen works within the Intellectual Property and IT and Privacy teams. She specialises in intellectual property law, IT law and privacy law and advises companies on legal issues at the intersection of innovation, technology and data.
Maud advises on trademark law, design law, trade name law and copyright law, among other things. She also advises on IT contracts, cloud services, cybersecurity and legislation such as the GDPR, Data Act, AI Act and Digital Services Act. She also assists clients with privacy issues, including the use of personal data, data breaches, enforcement procedures and the drafting of agreements. Maud has an affinity with tech and speaks the language of entrepreneurs.
