Floraine Kees

Floraine joined the Employment Law department at LXA Advocaten in January 2026 and works across the entire spectrum of employment law.

In July 2025, she graduated cum laude from Utrecht University with a degree in Business and Law, specializing in employment law. She wrote her master's thesis on the protection of employees with a non-competition clause in the event of a restart after bankruptcy.

During her studies, Floraine did an internship at a law firm in Den Bosch, where she subsequently worked for more than a year and a half as a working student in the Employment Law department. She also gained practical experience at a legal aid center.
