LXA oversees Urban Gym Group's takeover of Gustav Gym

Working on the sell-side, LXA M&A specialists Antony Jonkman, Marnix Geraerts, Tessa Giltay and Jacqueline Berns have now overseen the transfer of both Gustav Gym locations to the Urban Gym Group (UGG).
UGG, known for its fitness concepts TrainMore, Clubsportive and High Studios, also opened three new clubs in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Groningen) in the first quarter of 2020, bringing the fitness chain to 23 locations.
