Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calender year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
Jeannette has been with LXA Attorneys since January 2021 and is a member of the Insolvency & Restructuring Team.
She is a specialist in corporate law and insolvency law, and helps enterprises and entrepreneurs resolve and prevent disputes and limit their operating risks (financing/collateral). She is also a good source of advice on executive liability issues.
As a receiver frequently appointed by courts to oversee bankruptcy proceedings, she is an expert in all aspects of bankruptcy settlements, and uses this knowledge and experience to assist executives, financial backers, creditors and other stakeholders involved in bankruptcies. Because she knows both sides of the fence (bankruptcy attorney and bankruptcy receiver), she is able to come up with the solutions to get the best out of the situation, even when it comes to liquidation.
In 2016 Jeannette completed the INSOLAD/Grotius specialization in insolvency law, and since then has been a member of INSOLAD (the Dutch Professional Association for Insolvency Attorneys).
