Mistral has registered the following principal legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):
Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calender year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
Mistral Ceelen joined the Government and Real Estate practice group of LXA Attorneys in ’s-Hertogenbosch in April 2018.
In her master of Dutch Law which she obtained at the Radboud University of Nijmegen her focus was on administrative-law and civil-law subjects. Her thesis dealt with noise-abatement standards in industry.
In addition to general administrative law Mistral takes a special interest in spatial planning and Environmental Law. Lately she has gained extensive knowledge of the Environment and Planning Act which is due to be implemented.
