Nadia is part of the Corporate/M&A team. Nadia specializes in the field of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, participations, joint ventures, (re)structuring, shareholders relations and other business law issues. Furthermore, Nadia supervises various real estate transactions. She is a permanent author for the journal Rechtspraak Vastgoedrecht (RVR) (case law in real estate law) published by Wolters Kluwer.

In 2021 she obtained a post graduate degree in Mergers & acquisitions: law, finance, skills at Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam.

Nadia’s recent work includes

• Advising Aareon Deutschland GmbH, subsidiary of stock listed Aareal Bank AG, in taking a minority participation in start-up OSRE B.V.
• Advising a client in acquiring business accomodation for its (pharrmaceutical and R&D) activities
• Advising Coldservice Group and its sharholders in a share participation and refinancing transaction, two M&A transactions and buy-out of two shareholders
• Advising project developer Boelens De Gruyter on the sale of the KPN building (including the monumental former post office) in Venlo to the municipality of Venlo
