Rik van Rijswijk is an associate at LXA Attorneys and studied private law (with Honours) and philosophy (with Honours) at the University of Amsterdam.
He specializes in corporate and business law, property law and insolvency law. Rik is involved in resolving business-law disputes, commercial disputes and financial-law disputes. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Litigation, the Association of Young Insolvency Law Attorneys and the Association of Young Litigation Attorneys. In 2020 Rik completed the Grotius post-academic specialist course Onderneming en Aansprakelijkheid (Company and Liability).
