LXA advises Prijsvrij on the acquisition of D-reizen

A team of specialists of LXA, led by Herman Knotter, advised Prijsvrij on its acquisition of D-reizen.

D-reizen, with 285 travel agencies and over 1,100 employees one of the largest travel organizations in the Netherlands, was declared bankrupt last month. LXA supported Prijsvrij in the successful negotiations with the receivers in the liquidation of D-reizen. Prijsvrij acquires a large part of D-reizen, resulting in a partial restart of an important part of the D-reizen group.
