The Dutch private equity firm Transequity Network acquired a majority stake in Vanquish Yachts, a Dutch shipyard that manufactures fully hand-crafted, customizable luxury sporting yachts. LXA advised Transequity Network on this acquisition.

LXA advised Capital Mills B.V. on their acquisition of interest in 24sessions B.V. (venture capital transaction).

For Convious, LXA successfully handled an equity financing transaction with Capital Mills as investor.

For Loqed, LXA successfully handled an equity financing transaction with Vectrix as investor.

For The Avocado Show, LXA successfully handled an equity financing transaction with Nature’s Pride as investor.

For Techloop, LXA successfully set-up its NL branch

As a result of the bankruptcy of Binderij Hexspoor B.V., the last large bookbindery in the Netherlands was in danger of disappearing. Under supervision of LXA's specialists, a sales process was started. The bookbinding company was eventually sold to S.A. Brepols N.V. from Belgium. Both employment and the craftmanship of bookbinding was saved.

In January 2018 the Dutch private equity firm TransEquity Network acquired all shares in Heart Medical Europe B.V. and Cordial Medical Europe B.V. LXA advised Transquity Network in this acquisition.

In consultation with European colleagues, LXA advised Elcee Group with the acquisition of Global Supplier with companies in Sweden, Denmark, Poland and Germany.

LXA assisted scaleup Skinvision with regards to an Employee participation plan.
