For Speedcomfort, LXA successfully handled an equity financing transaction with JOA Ventures as investor.

LXA advised Coldservice Group and its sharholders in a share participation and refinancing transaction, two M&A transactions and buy-out of two shareholders. Parties involved were Coldservice Group N.V. and its shareholders as well as new shareholders: N. van Dalen and NIBC.

LXA advised UK and NL accelerator Collider on the acquisition of equity stakes in various foreign startups among which Churnly, GladCloud, NeoSound, Rad.ad, RapidPricer and Yoke.

Willem Berendsen, the curator of A.Z. Verhuizingen B.V. (trading under the name Van Zoggel Verhuizingen), together with his team organized a controlled auction process. In this process a number of parties were given the opportunity to buy Van Zoggel Verhuizingen. Eventually Mondial Vlugo won the controlled auction and bought the company.
